DELICIOUS BBQ!

We could give you the same old story about how we've loved BBQ and had a passion for perfecting our award winning BBQ and BBQ sauces; that we worked hard to fabricate a food truck from scratch to get our delicious morsels out into the community; that we carefully choose our meats and ingredients to make sure we deliver the finest, freshest products to our customers. We could do that...and we just did.

Meat Wagon BBQ Started out when our founder, Nick, started winning BBQ competitions. Those competitions turned into a food truck, and that food truck turned into 2 separate brick and mortar locations (Hatfield & Quakertown). We hope you’ll stop in to try our award winning food at with location. Heck, why not have us cater your next event! We’d love to serve you and your friends and family.

We currently serve Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland.

Now that we finished our spiel, we'll tell you that Meat Wagon BBQ started when Nick began competing in BBQ competitions around the tri-state area… and winning.

Nick thought that no one should be deprived of his succulent BBQ delights and so he decided to go all out: spending every waking moment building a food truck and selling his BBQ anywhere he could. Once he perfected his recipes and got the validation from adoring fans who followed him from event to event, he branched out to a second truck… and then to a brick-and-mortar location in Hatfield… then to a third truck… and a second location in Quakertown.

Throughout COVID, Nick and his team stepped up and made sure that the area never lost their source of delicious BBQ, with staff members making deliveries and the store closed except for curbside pickup.

Both locations have reopened, welcoming a hungry public back to enjoy our succulent smoked meats; classic sides like our decadent mac & cheese and savory baked beans; and unique starters - we’ve got pulled pork and brisket eggrolls, y’all.
